Shipping policy
How long do orders take to process?
All orders ship from Emeryville, California. My processing time is between 4-7 business days. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email using United States Postal Service. If you need something urgently, please message me and I'll try my best to accommodate.
For domestic (US) orders, please allow 2-3 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please route yourself to goyangii.etsy.com to make your purchase. If you see an item in stock on shop.goyangii.com and not my Etsy shop, please feel free to message me on Etsy or email me at hello@goyangii.com. I am more than happy to make a custom listing for you.
I live in the Bay Area, can I pick up locally?
I do not offer local pick ups, however if I have an upcoming event that you plan to attend you may email me at hello@goyangii.com and I would be happy to set aside your desired items aside for you!
I put the wrong shipping address!
Please contact me as soon as possible at hello@goyangii.com with your order number and correct shipping address. Please note that if you have already received shipping confirmation I am unfortunately unable to change the shipping address. If the package is returned to me due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of postage for the reshipment.
My order was marked as "DELIVERED" but has not arrived.
Packages may be prematurely marked delivered at the discretion of your local post office and arriving a few days later. Please allow for a few additional days for your package to arrive. If you still do not have your package after a few days I advise you to contact your local post office and/or file a Missing Package Request with the USPS.
Returned Shipments
If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address or due to package refusal, I will contact you within 48 hours of my receiving it. If the returned order was due to an incorrect address then you will be responsible to pay for the reshipment. If after I contact you, I do not hear from you for 90 days, your case will be closed and any product will be forfeited.
